Culture Clash 150: Stuffed Full of Fandom Goodness
Happy Thanksgiving from the Culture Clash, while Kyle and Kevin might be full of Turkey (or maybe are just a couple of them) they did survive the Turkey Drop and are here to give you the latest in Fandom news and reviews.
This week the topics to feed your ears include the moving of Godzilla vs. Kong to November 2020, some Star Wars news including the run time of Rise of Skywalker and just how much input did George Lucas have on it?
We also talk Warner Brothers and their renewed interest in getting more DC films out after the success of Joker. Plus a little James Bond and Walking Dead news to.
In Buy It, Stream It or Unsee It we take a look at 21 Bridges, Knives Out, a Galaxy Quest Documentary and a couple of blasts from the past as Kevin takes a look at the 1990 film Street Hunter and Kyle talks the return of a 90's classic Mad About You.

Culture Clash 149: Fandom Thanks, Mandalorian's and Turkey's that Fly
This weeks show is all about one thing (FROZEN 2 being released) oh wait Kevin just told Kyle hold up on that so what really is going on in this episode of the Clash?
Star Trek 4 looks to be back on, Runaways is ending, Gollum is Alfred, Axel is back and RDJ still has things to do in the MCU.

Culture Clash 148: Mando Fever +
The Clash is back! Yeah we took a couple of weeks off to train for the upcoming release of Disney+ but it is here and with it comes so many good things but first and foremost out of the gate Kevin and Kyle have a bad case of Mando fever!
This week we take a look at our first experience with Disney+ and what we like and maybe think is still missing from this HUGE streaming service launch.
We Let's News things discussing a possible Friends reunion happening, could Chris Evans down the Red, White and Blue again, talk on the Obi-Wan series from the writer himself and a trip to Fantasy Island no one may want to take.
We then decided if a few things are worth your Buy it, Stream it or Unsee it, including Terminator: Dark Fate, Doctor Sleep, HBO's His Dark Materials and Whamaggedon warnings about Last Christmas!
Finally Mandowatch 2019 begins, and while the guys over at What A Piece of Junk deep dive on all things Star Wars there is enough Mandolorian to go around as Kevin and Kyle share their thoughts on this first ever episode of Star Wars live action TV!

Culture Clash 147: A Fandom Hall of Fame Spooktacular!
Happy Halloween everyone as we have a special edition of the Culture Clash for everyone as Kevin and Kyle are joined by the lovely and horror movie specialist ERIN GILL to add a new wing to the Fandom Hall of Fame as we welcome our first class of Horror films to the Hall.
But that is not all as the guys talk the Rise of Skywalker Trailer some and Kyle gives his thoughts on the State of the wars.
We also dive into the talk of The Mandolorian season 2 and who might be directing some episodes, also Vin Diesel doing a comic book movie and some more casting for "The Batman" and Disney might be looking to acquire a Zemeckis cube.
In Buy It, Stream It or Unsee it we look at Zombieland 2, Fleabag and the First episode of HBO's Watchmen.
Then finally what you have all been waiting for, what Horror movies make the Fandom Hall of Fame join professor Gill and her students and we discuss, debate and select the films to make this first class!

Abrams getting big money from Warner Media and will he take over the things in the DC movie universe? Plus Hayley Atwell is about to get an Impossible Mission.

Culture Clash 141 Carnival, Crystal's and DragonCon!
On the latest episode of Culture Clash Kevin give his full report from DragonCon 2019 from Panel's to guest's to cosplay it was all there! Then Kyle and Kevin follow up with the mass signing up for Disney+ over the holiday weekend (did you do the thing?) In the news we learn about Bad Boys for Life, Tomb Raider 2 and the Suicide Squad adding a Doctor?
While Kevin was at DragonCon Kyle was on binge mode and it reflects it in this weeks Buy it, Stream it or Unsee it as he discusses Yellowstone, The Dark Crystal: Age of Resistance and Carnival Row. (What else did you expect from him while he waited for Dorian to make up it's mind.

Culture Clash 136: Covering Comic Con, Remembering Rutger and Scott meets the FPNet Gremlins
We tried to warn him, don't feed them after midnight, don't expose them to direct sunlight, never ever get them wet and KEEP THEM OUT OF THE STUDIO! Unfortunately Scott did not listen but he fought through a few technical difficulties to join Kevin and Kyle on this weeks jam packed Culture Clash.
This week we open up remembering a fandom Legend as we pay our respects to Rutger Hauer and his many contributions to fandom.
From there it is a deep dive into the news from San Diego comic con as we cover the Huge News from both Marvel and Star Trek that came from Hall H as well as several other announcements that made it a very eventful show. We also discuss Tom Hanks becoming another american legend. Culture Clash 133: Showing Scott the ropes and some Wrestling Talk to
On this weeks Clash we continue to show Scott the ropes as Kevin travels and gets settled into his new CA. studio. We do a bit of clean-up on the fandom news as we discuss James Gunn Starting filming soon on The Suicide Squad which leads into a discussion of Scott's thoughts on the DC Movie Universe as a whole. Then we discuss Danny Boyle looking to get back into the 28 days zombie business, early casting for the remake of the Stand on CBS All Access, and a strong discussion on recent comments from Mark Hammill on Disney Star Wars.
Then in a little Buy it, Stream it or Unsee it Kyle wraps up the final season as of now of Jessica Jones.
Finally Kyle and Scott dive into a shared Fandom as they discuss the state of Pro Wrestling as it might be in one of it's more interesting points of history with AEW (All Elite Wrestling) here now and the WWE headed to primetime on the Fox network this fall, things are changing and the guys discuss it and their current feelings on the product today.

Culture Clash 127: The Real Co-Host's return in time for THE ENDGAME!
Kevin is off on a spiritual quest to understand the meaning of the quickening, however Kyle is not flying solo as per contractual obligations the Real Co-Host Alex Autrey and Michael Morris return to the Culture Clash Just in time to give their thoughts on Avengers: Endgame!

Ok yes this episode of the Culture Clash might be a tad later than normal but with Kevin heading out for vacation and Kyle still in Tax Season recovery we still managed to get some thoughts out before we saw both Endgame and Episode 3 of this season of Game of Thrones.
So hear what are thoughts were of what we were thinking and predictions we had for both this epic film and episode of television were released.
Also we look back at our thoughts on episode 02 of Thrones current season as well as the new Godzilla trailer and the trailer for the new Will Smith film Gemini Man.
In Buy it, Stream it or Unsee it Kyle does a catch up on Arrow, Flash and Riverdale while Kevin brings the happy with The Haunting of Sharon Tate.

Culture Clash Marvel News Flash
It has been a HUGE week to say the least in the MCU, with Captain Marvel dominating the box office, a new Avengers: Endgame trailer out and the biggest news of all James Gunn is back with the MCU and has been re-instated as the director for Guardians of the Galaxy Vol. 3. Kevin and Kyle just could not wait until the next Culture Clash to talk about all of this, so join them as they discuss the return and what might have been the story behind it and what it might mean. Every now and then a movie comes along that we at the FPNet all start talking about and Alita: Battle Angel is one of those films that warrants one of those discussions.
Join FPNet Co- Founders Kyle Wagner and Kevin Reitzel along with FPNet newcomer Evelyn "Evil" Hamlett (who like Kyle is a huge anime fan) as they discuss their thoughts on this film that has people talking in both the positive and the negative.
In this special we will discuss the History of Battle Angel: Alita from it's start as a Manga, then to the OVA animation as well as the long history it took for James Cameron to get this film made. We will also discuss the world of Alita and how true we felt it was to the source material. We discuss our favorite moments of the movie, what some of our issues with it might have been, what we hope for if there are sequels made and what made this movie stand out. Even though it seem to have quite the split in reactions to it, Battle Angel seems to have carved out a very interesting place in the current fandom.

This week edition of the Culture Clash Kevin opens the show explaining how he now sees dead people or maybe it was he saw them at Days of the Dead in Atlanta, where he also discusses finding out about the VHS Preservation Society. In the news awards season continues as we see the very interesting and maybe even telling results of the Screen Actor's Guild awards, the fact that the new Ghostbusters film with the original cast looks to finally be legit, Hobbs and Shaw will be at the Super Bowl but no episode IX?? It is time for the newest episode of Culture Clash and this week we might be just a bit Far From Home as the first trailer for the newest Spider-Man trailer has dropped (and why is it Spider-Man with a hyphen?) and Kyle might be just a bit excited for this trailer!
