Time Warp: 1993: The Movies - 25 Years Later: Part 2. Jurassic Park, Sleepless in Seattle, Last Action Hero, Super Mario Bros., Cliffhanger... and more!

Welcome to the Fandom Podcast Network's special presentation of Time Warp: 1993 The Movies, Part 2. In this special edition of Time Warp, your host Kevin Reitzel and co-hosts Kyle Wagner and Alex Autrey will cover the movies, and pop culture for the year of 1993.
Over the last few years here on the Fandom Podcast Network, we celebrated the movies of 1985, 1986 & 1987. We made a case for the 1980's being some of the best years in movies. But we though we would challenge this again, and look back on the fantastic year of movies and pop culture of 1993! The movies of 1993 recently celebrated their 25th anniversary!
Welcome to Time Warp: 1993 The Movies Part 2 of 4. In the episode, we will cover the 1993 movies released in the months of

-          April

-          May

-          June

Here is a small sample of the many movies we will cover in Part 2 of Time Warp: 1993:

- Indecent Proposal

- The Sandlot

- Sleepless in Seattle

- Dragon: The Bruce Lee Story

- Last Action Hero

- Sliver

- Menace II Society

- Cliffhanger

- Super Mario Bros

- Jurassic Park

1993 gave us a great year in movies, an that's what we are here to celebrate on this special presentation of the Time Warp here on the Fandom Podcast Network. Many 1993 movies became legendary with box office receipts to back it up. Some became cult classics. And some 1993 movies were so bad, they were good. And well... some we're just plain bad. 1993 also gave birth to many of our current classic fandoms and pop culture we still celebrate today. We will celebrate, debate and discuss this fantastic year of movies in 1993.

So travel back in time with us, and enjoy, Time Warp: 1993 The Movies, Part 2.

Blood of Kings 114: Seacouver Tour Chronicles Part 4: Interview w/ Highlander Alumni F. BRAUN McASH & GILLIAN HORVATH!

In April of 2019, your Blood of Kings Highlander Podcast host Kevin Reitzel joined Location Master Andy Sloane for his Seacouver 2019 tour in the beautiful city of Vancouver British Columbia, Canada. Vancouver Canada provided the filming locations for the fictitious city of Seacouver for the 1990's Highlander TV Show. The first half of each season was filmed in Vancouver, then the second half of the season moved production and location to Paris France.

Andy Sloane has been running these tours of Seacouver / Vancouver for several years. His knowledge of the Highlander filming locations is extensive and very well organized and researched. Your Blood of Kings host Kevin Reitzel spent a week in Vancouver with Andy touring many locations from most of the Highlander filming locations in the Vancouver area which included many fan favorite episodes and iconic Highlander scenes and locations.

- Our interviews for this Seacouver Tour Chronicles Part 4 is with F. Braun McAsh, the Sword Master for the Highlander TV Series, and with Gillian Horvath the Associate Creative Consultant & Script Coordinator for the Highlander TV Series.

Kevin interviews F. Braun McAsh and Gillian Horvath together just outside Vancouver Canada. Just prior to this interview earlier that day, F. Braun McAsh and Gillian Horvath joined Andy Sloane and Kevin on a tour of several Highlander filming locations. Both of them discussed their experiences working on the Highlander TV series, and talked about many interesting topics. One of the fascinating topics was how the fictitious city of  Seacouver got its name!

Kevin would like to thank his Special Guests F. Braun McAsh and Gillian Horvath for being on the Blood of Kings Highlander Podcast.

Culture Clash 138: A Villainous Turn!

On this episode of the Culture Clash Kevin and Kyle are joined by a freshly gremlin free Scott to discuss the latest in fandom news and reviews while things at the Fandom Hall of Fame take a Villainous turn!

It is a ton of streaming news in Let's News as we cover the new trailers for Titans season 2 and the news Amazon show Carnival Row, we also discuss the news of Doctor Who going exclusively to HBO Max in the US for streaming and a Marvel TV show crossover between Runaways and Cloak & Dagger.

We also get into a discussion on this years upcoming CW crossover Crisis on Infinite Earths and what rumors are true and what ones are just internet gossip.

We did see something from the last show as well as Buy It, Stream It or Unsee it gets Fast and Furious with Hobbs & Shaw!

Finally things take a darker turn as The Fandom Hall of Fame add a new wing as we induct the first batch of Villain performances from TV & Film.

Let's do this Thing!

Hair Metal Podcast: Episode 10: 1989 MOSCOW MUSIC PEACE FESTIVAL, 30 years Later!

Welcome to the Fandom Podcast Network's special presentation of... THE HAIR METAL PODCAST!

The Hair Metal Podcast cover bands that reached several levels of popularity and notoriety during the mid to late 1980's "Hair Metal" explosion. We take an in-depth look into the bands that defined the style and sound of Hair Metal, and many other bands that may or may not be categorized as Hair metal, but did reach some popularity during the Hair Metal rush of the 1980's.

Kevin Reitzel is your host for The Hair Metal Podcast. Kevin's special returning guest for this Hair Metal Podcast episode is... Johnny K.!

In this episode of the Hair Metal Podcast, Kevin & Johnny give you a special "Lesson In Hair Metal History". Our normal episode segment of a Lesson in Hair Metal History usually covers a history making, famous, memorable or sometimes infamous Hair Metal music event or moment. In this episode we don't disappoint, as we give you a full episode dose of a Lesson in Hair Band History as we discuss... the 1989 MOSCOW MUSIC PEACE FESTIVAL!

The Moscow Music Peace Festival was a series of performances by famous Hair Metal era rock bands, who performed in the Soviet Union, in the city of Moscow at Lenin Stadium on August 12-13, 1989, as a promotion of peace and a way to establish international cooperation between the USSR and the West.  This was the first time that an audience was allowed to stand and dance at a concert in the Soviet Union. Before this, all concert attendees had to remain seated. The concert was put together by music producer and band manager Doc McGhee and his Make a Difference Foundation.

The bands & artists that performed at this momentous event were:
- Skid Row
- Gorky Park
- Cinderella
- Ozzy Osbourne
- Mötley Crüe
- Scorpions
- Bon Jovi

Kevin & Johnny discuss many topics about the Moscow Music Peace Festival:
- Our first hand experiences watching it for the first time
- Each bands performance and set list
- Behind the scenes drama with band manager Doc McGhee, and the ego issues between several of the bands.
- The differences between the original pay per view special and the limited DVD release and YouTube versions.

- Behind the scenes videos of the bands sight seeing Moscow.
- And the effect this event and the changes in Russia had on Scorpions lead singer Klaus Meine, who was inspired to write the Scorpions biggest hit, "Wind of Change".

Kevin and Johnny also have their Rock N Roll T-shirt check in, and discuss the recent bands they've seen, or going to see. And Johnny's awesome breakdown of his recent experience seeing Iron Maiden live on their current Greatest's Hits tour!

Kevin would like to thank his very special guest... Johnny K!

Please enjoy this special episode of the Fandom Podcast Network's, The Hair Metal Podcast!
Remember...every rose has its thorn, and on a steel horse... we will ride! HAIR METAL LIVES! Rock on everyone!

Culture Clash 137: The Fandom Hall of Fame Grows!

In this weeks Culture Clash Scott is away as he is still trying to clean up after last weeks gremlins leaving the Clash to go old School with Kyle and Kevin heading things up.

On this show we open with a conversation on Galaxy's Edge as it gets closer to opening at DisneyWorld and close to Kyle.

In news we discuss Disney+ being an add on option to Hulu, the fact that we have to remember the Double Tap with the Zombieland 2 trailer out now as well as talk of a returning streaming show and something old but new coming to Hulu.

In Buy it, Stream it or Unsee it Kevin talks Once Upon a Time in Hollywood and discuss two more streaming shows that have hit in the last week, Netflix's Another Life and Amazon's the Boys.

Finally it is time to add on to the Fandom Hall of Fame with a new wing The best Superhero performances on TV and Film.  It is an interesting list and did the guys get it right?

- Our interviews for this Seacouver Tour Chronicles Part 3 is with Highlander Production Designer STEPHEN GEAGHAN and Sculptor & Art Director SUSAN "SUKI" PARKER.

Kevin interviews Stephen Geaghan and Susan "Suki" Parker together at Stephen's house in West Vancouver Canada. Stephen Geaghan discusses his career as a television and movie Production Designer. Stephen also talks about his experience working on the Highlander TV series as the Production Designer and how he helped design the Watchers logo and the Highlander TV series logo. Stephen was the production designer for many other popular TV shows like Lucifer, Defiance, V (2009), Defying Gravity, The 4400, Jeremiah, The Outer Limits and many more.

Kevin also interviewed Susan "Suki" Parker about her time as a sculptor working on the Highlander TV series. One of the most iconic sculptures Suki worked on was the "Wrath of Kali" statue. Suki has gone on to work as an Art Director on many productions like Lucifer, Defiance, V (2009), Defying Gravity, Fear Itself, The 4400, The Outer Limits and was the sculptor on the set of Ace Ventura: When Nature Calls.

Culture Clash 136: Covering Comic Con, Remembering Rutger and Scott meets the FPNet Gremlins

We tried to warn him, don't feed them after midnight, don't expose them to direct sunlight, never ever get them wet and KEEP THEM OUT OF THE STUDIO!  Unfortunately Scott did not listen but he fought through a few technical difficulties to join Kevin and Kyle on this weeks jam packed Culture Clash.

This week we open up remembering a fandom Legend as we pay our respects to Rutger Hauer and his many contributions to fandom.

From there it is a deep dive into the news from San Diego comic con as we cover the Huge News from both Marvel and Star Trek that came from Hall H as well as several other announcements that made it a very eventful show.  We also discuss Tom Hanks becoming another american legend.  In buy it, stream it or unsee it we hit up the Lion King and a couple of other interesting films Kevin has seen while Kyle discusses his binge watch of Veronica Mars season 4!

We gotta get back to rounding up those Gremlins so enjoy while we do this thing!

TYPE 40: A Doctor Who Podcast

Episode 27: FAQ's About Time Travellers III – Simon Horton

If there's one thing Doctor Who devotees can do, just like their hero, it's talk! Returning guest voice on the newest Type 40, Simon Horton is no different. Remaining an enthusiastic fan, despite a successful and busy career in the TV industry himself. Asking him back, this time to answer our “Frequently Asked Questions About Time Travellers” was so obvious even an Ogron would do it....!

Whilst the format's simple, the answers rarely are! You'll be as eager to hear more as regular host Dan Hadley when the conversation hops through the decades: Which companions, creatures, Doctors and merchandise will Simon name as favourites? What were the Moment's that made this viewer a fan and which 80's bands will get a mention this time on Type 40: A Doctor Who Podcast...?

The Fandom Podcast Network is proud to be bringing you frank, fun and only very occasionally tangential talk from someone synonymous with this fandom for so long in Great Britain. So why won't he touch the Jelly Babies? Stream or download to find out.....

DiscoVille 59: Such Sweet Sorrow Parts 1 & 2

Welcome to DiscoVille where we discuss both Star Trek DISCOvery AND The OrVILLE here on the Fandom Podcast Network. On this show we take an in-depth look at each of these shows and discover that both of them can co-exist in today's fandom...as they introduce us to fresh, new and exciting stories, characters, galactic destinations and so much more!

This week we go BIG as we cover the final two episode of Season 2 of Star Trek Discovery, Such Sweet Sorrow.
For this mission Kyle, Hayley and a returning Amy cover all their feelings on how this two part season finale handled wrapping up the stories of the season as well as what are we thought of the episodes themselves as well as the return and loss of some familiar faces, seeing the Enterprise on screen and a group of varying emotions on what Discovery accomplished with the finale.

They also discuss their thoughts on season 2 as a whole and where Discovery stands right now as part of Star Trek and what they hope might be ahead for Season 3 as the show has the chance to work with a fairly clean slate this upcoming season.

In Subspace signals the DiscoVille crew discusses the new Picard poster (and his new number 1?), Hayley brings us breaking news on the CBS/Viacom talks and even some breaking subspace signals on Discovery and the Saturn Awards.

The crew also takes a look at the fact that Star Trek will be having a very important and large presence at San Diego Comic Con this year as we discuss their Hall H event and some of the other Trek things that will be happening there as well as what we hope to hear not only from Comic-Con but the upcoming Star Trek Las Vegas Convention as well.

Finally we have a hail from one of our listeners with some points brought up from our Orville season 2 overview show.

It's a huge mission so let's get things started

Hailing frequencies are now open...........

TYPE 40: A Doctor Who Podcast

Episode 26: Series 12 News – Summer 2019

After months travelling the vortex, the Fandom Podcast Network's very own TARDIS returns to 2019 this time. For a full catch up on the long countdown to Doctor Who's return to television next year. Or is It late this year? Yes, there are all sorts of rumours running around like Adipose at the moment. With little coming from the production team themselves, how can host Dan possibly make any sense of it all....?

By roping in two companions from different perspectives of modern fandom, of course. One of the most outspoken figures on You Tube, Noel Glynn brings us a breakdown of filming up to now as well as the general view from The Tardis Zone.

Whilst TV industry professional Simon Horton is back with his perspective on the present and future of our beloved series. Combined with decades of active experience in our fandom. Type 40: A Doctor Who Podcast is proud to offer such a candid, honest and open conversation we know will get people talking. You're not going to want to miss a word!

Culture Clash 133: Showing Scott the ropes and some Wrestling Talk to

On this weeks Clash we continue to show Scott the ropes as Kevin travels and gets settled into his new CA. studio.  We do a bit of clean-up on the fandom news as we discuss James Gunn Starting filming soon on The Suicide Squad which leads into a discussion of Scott's thoughts on the DC Movie Universe as a whole.  Then we discuss Danny Boyle looking to get back into the 28 days zombie business, early casting for the remake of the Stand on CBS All Access, and a strong discussion on recent comments from Mark Hammill on Disney Star Wars.

Then in a little Buy it, Stream it or Unsee it Kyle wraps up the final season as of now of Jessica Jones.

Finally Kyle and Scott dive into a shared Fandom as they discuss the state of Pro Wrestling as it might be in one of it's more interesting points of history with AEW (All Elite Wrestling) here now and the WWE headed to primetime on the Fox network this fall, things are changing and the guys discuss it and their current feelings on the product today.

Kyle has a steel chair and Scott has a Table so let's climb the ladder and let's do this thing.......

Blood of Kings 111: Seacouver Tour Chronicles Part 1: Interview w/ Location Master ANDY SLOANE & Highlander Actor KIM KONDRASHOFF!

- Our first interview is with the Seacouver Highlander Locations Master himself, Mr. Andy Sloane. Kevin interviewed Andy at the end of the Seacouver 2019 Tour. Andy discussed his experience and history in planning his tours. Kevin also talked to Andy about many of the locations they just visited on the recent Seacouver 2019 tour.

- Our second interview was with Highlander TV series actor Kim Kondrashoff. Kim discusses his acting career and his experience working on the Highlander TV series. Kim was in two Highlander episodes, The Road Not Taken (1992) where he was the character "Forks" and the episode Obsession (1994) where he played the character "Henry Carter".

Kevin would like to thank his Special Guests Andy Sloane & Kim Kondrashoff for being on the Blood of Kings Highlander Podcast.

DiscoVille 57: The Orville Season 2 A Look Back

Welcome to DiscoVille where we discuss both Star Trek DISCOvery AND The OrVILLE here on the Fandom Podcast Network. On this show we take an in-depth look at each of these shows and discover that both of them can co-exist in today's fandom...as they introduce us to fresh, new and exciting stories, characters, galactic destinations and so much more!

This weeks mission is a big one that pulls in the full crew of Kyle, Hayley, Kevin and Amy as we take a look back at the second season of The Orville as a whole.  Which episodes stood out, was there any that did not hit the mark?  Who was the MVP of the season and who did we not get enough of?  Now that we know season 3 is coming what would we like to see happen in it and we also have a discussion on the internet debate on The Orville and Trek.

In Subspace Signals we do a deep dive into the Quentin Tarantino Star Trek rumors and give our thoughts on them as well as talking about the cast of Star Trek 2009 giving a special look to their lost crew member.

Also how did THAT get on Mars?!?!?!?

TYPE 40: A Doctor Who Podcast

Episode 24: The Whoniverse According to River Song

When maintenance on the Time-Space continuum takes it down to one lane, the Time Lords warn TARDIS's could collide... and that's exactly what happens on this edition of Type 40. Fugitive co-host Kyle Wagner's back, fumbling at the controls and brings Christian Basel of The Legend of the Traveling TARDIS show right into our console room!

It's only polite full license holder Dan Hadley invite Christian to stay to chat about the fan favourite character of River Song as played by Alex Kingston. Spoilers are everywhere as we recount on screen exploits alongside multiple Doctors and exchange stories of meeting the actress who brought her so vividly to life. As well as talk of audiobook adventures and answering the question of whether we could or should encounter her in TV series to come!

So whilst we can't promise to unwibble or unwobble River Song's timeline for you, the Fandom Podcast Network delivers an affectionate, spirited geek out worth pausing the Vortex Manipulator for....

DiscoVille 56: Discovery S2 E:11 Perpetual Infinity

Welcome to DiscoVille where we discuss both Star Trek DISCOvery AND The OrVILLE here on the Fandom Podcast Network. On this show we take an in-depth look at each of these shows and discover that both of them can co-exist in today's fandom...as they introduce us to fresh, new and exciting stories, characters, galactic destinations and so much more!

This week the DiscoVille's mission is once again headed up by Kyle and Hayley as Kevin is busy with his relocation assignment and Amy is off on yet another Section 31 mission.  But that will not stop us as we take this mission on to look at the Discovery Episode Perpetual Infinity.

The Red Angel has been revealed and the fall out has begun as this weeks episode gives us a closer look at the Burnham family and just what has Dr. Burnham be doing with the Red Angel suit.  We will explore our thoughts on how these revelations effect not only the story this season but also how it changes our perception of Michael Burnham as well.

Let us not forget that Control is still out there and is starting to make it's move as well, things might never be the same for Leland and can Georgiou and Tyler stop Control before it gets what it needs to create the future Dr. Burnham has been trying to stop?  We discuss how well the story of control fits into this season of Discovery as well.

Finally with a lack of major news news this week we use subspace signals to take a look back at all the Picard news over the last few weeks and just what it means for Star Trek as a franchise as well.

Hailing Frequencies are now open...........

DiscoVille Episode 055: The Orville S02:E14 The Road Not Taken

Welcome to DiscoVille where we discuss both Star Trek DISCOvery AND The OrVILLE here on the Fandom Podcast Network. On this show we take an in-depth look at each of these shows and discover that both of them can co-exist in today's fandom...as they introduce us to fresh, new and exciting stories, characters, galactic destinations and so much more!

In this weeks episode the full crew is back on board (but is it an alternate timeline?) as Kyle, Hayley, Kevin and Amy all bring their thoughts on the season finale of The Orville The Road Not taken.

On this mission the crew discusses how The Orville handled an alternate time line story as well as seeing the return of a familiar face and did this episode live up to being a quality season finale for the show.

There is also some discussion of how we might change our own timelines if we could.

The Discoville then pics up some subspace signals as Kevin and Amy give their thoughts on the Picard trailer as well as a discussion on all of the RUMORS that are popping up about who might make guest cameo's on the show and if they do when and what fashion we would like to see those.

For now though it is time to set the timeline right, hailing frequencies are now open...........

Blood of Kings 109: Highlander - A Beginners Perspective PART 2! w/ Special Guest ROBERT BAPST!

Blood of Kings 109: Highlander - A Beginners Perspective PART 2! w/ Special Guest ROBERT BAPST!

June 4, 2019
Blood of Kings 109: Highlander - A Beginners Perspective PART 2! w/ Special Guest ROBERT BAPST!

Your Blood of Kings host Kevin Reitzel would like to welcome back special guest, an newcomer to Highlander, and the Highlander TV series, Robert Bapst!!
Robert Bapst is a long time friend of your Highlander Blood of Kings Podcast host Kevin Reitzel. Robert Bapst is somewhat new to Highlander fandom. Robert has seen the original 1986 Highlander movie and saw Highlander 2 once many years ago. However, Robert was ready to dive deep into the Highlander myology that the 1990's Highlander TV series provided. With Kevin's guidance, Robert dove head first into his new experience of the Highlander legacy, and marathoned the entire first season of the Highlander TV series.

Robert was ready for more, so Kevin gave him homework! Robert recently watched the second season of the Highlander TV series, Highlander 2 the Renegade Version and Highlander 3 for the first time! In this very special episode of the Blood of Kings Podcast, Kevin interviews Robert again about his impression of the second season of the TV series and Highlander 2 and 3 and how they impact the Highlander mythology thus far. Join us for this very interesting discussion into a beginners perspective of the Highlander universe. For the record, Robert Bapst is now a huge Highlander fan, is beginning to marathon season 3!

Here are some of the Highlander topics that Kevin discusses with Robert:

- Robert's first SWORD EXPERIENCE is approaching, and he got his bokken in the mail, and shares his excitement in using it in this special event.

- If Robert could choose his Sword Experience choreography, from the Highlander movies and first two seasons, which fights would he choose.
- What other famous non Highlander sword fights would Robert like to learn to do at the Sword Experience?

- Robert's  Highlander Season Two first reactions.

- Robert's Favorite Season 2 episodes.

- Robert's Favorite Season 2 guest star immortals / mortals?

- What is Robert looking forward to in future seasons? Any speculations or predictions?

- Robert's Highlander II: The Renegade movie reaction.

- Robert's Highlander 3: The Final Dimension movie reaction.

Kevin would like to thank his special guest Robert Bapst for being on the Blood Of Kings Highlander Podcast, and for jumping in head first, and for sharing his thoughts on the Highlander universe!

You can find Robert Bapst on social media here:

In news we look at if we have a new Batman while we for sure have a Batwoman.  We discuss Disney now having full control over Hulu and what some of the ramifications of that might be, as well as a new season of Black Mirror coming and news on the Marvel Disney Plus shows.

In Buy it, Stream it or Unsee it Kevin takes on a Long Shot and does some detective work with Pikachu, while both Kevin and Kyle sign up for Cobra Kai Season 2.

Finally after months of waiting and Kevin suiting up John Wick 3 is here and the Clash takes a deep dive into Parabellum!

It's going to be a fun show and we do it all with a pencil (ok maybe some tactical dogs to)

Let's do this thing!

Blood of Kings 108: Highlander Character Profile: DARIUS w/ Special Guest SHAWN DEMPSEY!

Blood of Kings 108: Highlander Character Profile: DARIUS w/ Special Guest SHAWN DEMPSEY!

May 20, 2019
Blood of Kings 108: Highlander Character Profile: DARIUS w/ Special Guest SHAWN DEMPSEY!

Your Blood of Kings host Kevin Reitzel would like to welcome special guest and fellow Highlander aficionado, SHAWN DEMPSEY!
Shawn is a big Highlander fan, and his knowledge of Highlander is extensive. Shawn is also a big supporter of Blood of Kings. Blood of Kings host Kevin Reitzel first met Shawn in person at the 2016 Highlander Lakeland Florida event, during Adrian Paul's Sword Experience as they were paired up as partners. Shawn and Kevin have connected at a few conventions, a chance meeting in Nashville, and at the now famous and wonderful 2017 Highlander TV Show 25th Anniversary Convention in Los Angeles.

In this special episode of Blood of Kings, Kevin and Shawn do a Highlander Character Profile of fan favorite Darius! The character of Darius was first introduced in the season one episode called "Band of Brothers", which aired February 13th, 1993.

Darius was born in  a nomad's tent somewhere east of the Ural mountains, a foundling raised by Goths. His first death occurred while he led his people into battle against a Germanic horde that attacked his homeland. He was discovered shortly afterward by an Immortal named Ahasuerus the Parthian, a former Persian ruler who taught Darius about his Immortality. He became a powerful Immortal warrior who led his fellow Goths into battle against other tribes. In 1804 while traveling behind the English lines, he met Duncan MacLeod. With this meeting, he forced the young warrior to re-examine his beliefs in the rightness of his convictions about the need and purpose of war. He invited the young Scot back to Paris when his tour of duty was over to learn more.  Join us for this ongoing Highlander Blood of Kings Podcast Character Profile series.

Here are some of the other Highlander topics that Kevin discusses with Shan:

- The origin of Shawn's Highlander Fandom

- Shawn's retrospective of the 25th Anniversary Highlander Worldwide Convention in 2017.

- Shawn's favorite and least favorite Highlander movies & TV episodes.

- Shawn's take on the future of Highlander and the new movie or TV series.

- What are Shawn's OTHER favorite fandoms, movies and TV Shows.

Kevin would like to thank his special guest Shawn Dempsey for being on the Blood of Kings Highlander Podcast, and for being one of the many leaders of Highlander fandom!

Time Warp: 1993: The Movies - 25 Years Later: Part 1. Army of Darkness, Groundhog Day, Sniper, Falling Down, Point of No Return... and more!

Welcome to the Fandom Podcast Network's special presentation of Time Warp: 1993 The Movies, Part 1. In this special edition of Time Warp, your hosts Kevin Reitzel, Erin Gill and special guest Alex Autrey will cover the first three months of the year in movies, and pop culture for 1993.
Welcome to Time Warp: 1993 The Movies Part 1 of 4. In the episode, we will cover the 1993 movies released in the months of

-          January

-          Feb

-          March

Here is a small sample of the many movies we will cover in Part 1 of Time Warp: 1993:

- Sniper

- Falling Down

- Point of No Return

- Alive

- The Vanishing

- Groundhog Day

- Army of Darkness

- El Mariachi

- Fire in the Sky

1993 gave us a great year in movies, an that's what we are here to celebrate on this special presentation of the Time Warp here on the Fandom Podcast Network. Many 1993 movies became legendary with box office receipts to back it up. Some became cult classics. And some 1993 movies were so bad, they were good. And well... some we're just plain bad. 1993 also gave birth to many of our current classic fandoms and pop culture we still celebrate today. We will celebrate, debate and discuss this fantastic year of movies in 1993.

So travel back in time with us, and enjoy, Time Warp: 1993 The Movies, Part 1.

Blood of Kings 107: Highlander Season 4: See It or Skip It? Part 2: Paris Episodes w/ Guest John Mosby

Highlander Season 4: See It or Skip It? Part 2: The Paris Episodes!

Your Blood of Kings Highlander Podcast host Kevin Reitzel is very excited to discuss the Highlander Television Series again at length and in detail! Kevin welcomes a very special guest...JOHN MOSBY, author of his book FEARFUL SYMMETRY: The Essential Guide to All Things Highlander! John will join Kevin in this weeks episode of a very special look at Highlander SEASON FOUR with fresh eyes and a fresh perspective and weigh-in, per episode, on whether you should SEE IT - OR SKIP IT!

We always recommend new fans to Highlander to watch all episodes, but for a re-watch, we have our suggestions on what to See, or Skip. This is PART TWO of our review. We cover the PARIS second half of season four episodes such as:

-  Promises
-  Methuselah's Gift
-  The Immortal Cimoli
-  Judgment Day
-  One Minute to Midnight

There are several episodes that changed everything in Highlander Season four, and many more that also added to the wonderful Highlander mythology.

Again, we would like to thank JOHN MOSBY for allowing us to read the Season four episode summaries from his book FEARFUL SYMMETRY: The Essential Guide to All Things Highlander and you should have this with you as we are evaluating these episodes. You can find FEARFUL SYMMETRY: The Essential Guide to All Things Highlander at Amazon.com. Please support John and this book because it really is the ultimate resource for Highlander fans.

This particular fun podcasting format was inspired by Kevin's friends Bill Smith and Dan Davidson who on their podcast TREKGEEKS, review Star Trek seasons in this very same manner and advise to their listeners regarding which episodes are worth their viewing time and those that can be set aside.

We would LOVE to hear from all of you out there in the Blood of Kings listening audience to see if you agree or disagree with our list on this episode so please make sure to get in touch with us!
